We're so happy we had our wedding here! Everything was truly above and beyond! Not only is the venue gorgeous but the service is also amazing! Every single staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, especially our event producer, manager, and bridal attendant! They were all so sweet and we felt very well taken care of! They were also very thorough with everything which was very much appreciated! Overall 10/10! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!!

Attended Mario and Ebony’s awful wedding here on October 7th. Was shocked to learn that they paid 50K for what was experienced. It was the worst ceremony. Waiting, waiting and then getting food poisoning. The decorations were barely up in time. The dry overcooked chicken or shrimp was not good or served at proper temps, ice cream was melted. And the venue was for 4 hours, not the full day, they were having another wedding ceremony after this one. Yikes. If you pay for a celebrity priced wedding then the place should be yours all day!! the DJ was playing music from 70’s and was stuck in that era. What was really shocking was that champagne was poured and on all the tables before we were let in. And yes, I have it on video, several underaged, unsupervised, wild, wandering around, young children were drinking alcohol instead of their Shirley Temples… Liquor licenses get revoked for such things.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful to work with during our wedding planning process! From the very first email, she was the epitome of organization and efficiency. She streamlined the entire planning process, making what could have been stressful a breeze. She understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life with every detail. But her impact wasn't just in the planning. On the day itself, Kayla and her team, Jeannine and Marlyce, were a calming force. They handled every hiccup with a smile and a solution, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. No question was too small, no request too daunting – they were always available with a kind word and a helping hand. Looking back, our wedding wasn't just a day, it was a dream come true thanks to Kayla and her incredible team.

Saphire Estate was our first venue and our last. It was absolutely beautiful, all details within the venue, the outdoor arrangements, and water front view is hard to get in one venue but Saphire Estate had it all. Kayla was our coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was very professional, knowledgeable in her work, and genuine person. Kayla, was quick on her feet for any last minute changes and knew me and my husband well enough to know what we looked for if changes needed to be made given the fact that she took time to get to know who we were during our meetings. The service provided by all other staff members at Saphire Estate was also top notch. Food selections all came out delicious. We received many compliments on our venue selection from friends and family. Our photographers raved how perfect the venue set up was stating it was photo. Session heaven thanks to all the gorgeous surrounding details/landscape. If I could award Saphire Estate 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the staff for an unforgettable day!
